So I see comments on pretty much every anime that I watch that says something along the lines of "Title card 4:15" or whatever. This basically lets people skip the intro and dive right into the episode. Why isn't there an option to just skip the title and credits through crunchyroll? Netflix does this, and we're all paying for a service. I've seen this post brought up in the suggestions/feedback a bunch.

Sounds like a good idea, would love if there was an option like that. Maybe we'll see it in the future, who knows?

I would assume that the reason could be that some anime have a variable location of where they put the intro. Some do it after x-seconds of recap/episode and other do it from the get-go. It would be waste of time to go into each episode, find where the intro is, and then implement it. What I would rather see is a "skip 1 min 30 sec" option, since that is the general length of intros

Netflix isn't really a valid comparison, as they are a far larger service, with over 86 times as many subscribers as CR. They also appear to be the only service to have this feature, as I have yet to see it on Amazon Prime (#2 in terms of subscribers) or Hulu (#3).
