I love ear buds because I find them light and comfortable, but recently developed a genetic disease in my ears and so cant wear them anymore. Now I can only wear headphones : /

Hurts my ears but they were cheap and good sound quality at 10hz - 22khz

Lowest to Highest frequency is how you can tell if they are actually good.

I have the Logitech G633 and I'm currently loving it. I'm saving up for a Bose headset though~

Apple earbuds work great for me, some times I use MSA Sordin Supreme Pro X with an audio cable if I'm on a gun range.

I like headphones most of the time but when I'm at work, it's easier to keep track of my surroundings with earbuds, cause I'll only use one ear

I use a turtle beach I got on sale awhile back, totally worth the 40 bucks, much better than any other cheap nonsense headsets I've bought in the past.

For earbuds I use skullcandy ones, they don't tangle as easily as cheap earbuds do. Again, totally worth the price lol

Lately in CSGO I've been to lazy to wear headphones in general so I just scream into my laptop mic and hope they hear me XDD

I used to only every use earbuds because my hairstyles wouldn't permit headphones. I would use Skullcandy, as they would only hurt my ears after a few hours of use, unlike most others.

My ex got Beats for his birthday last year and I've always though they were overrated. I tried them and they were surprisingly comfortable and the sound quality was pretty good. On 4 out of 30, volume wise, I was able to hear the music loud and clear and couldn't hear anything around me.

Long story short I own Beats by Dre, Pigalle Edition Studio Wireless and love them.
I will use earbuds when I don't feel like getting my headphones out or my hair is up and in the way.

I use earbuds most of the time because they are small and I can always carry them with me. But I also have headphones which I carry with me when I travel for a longer time or just when I have a bigger bag with me that they fit in.
The sound is way better with headphones in my opinion so if I can I bring them with me. Except for exercising. I don't feel comfortable with giant headphones on my head while doing sports so I use earbuds when I'm at the gym.

Headphones are also great if you don't want to get talked to by strangers in the train or other public transport. It happens to me a lot, that people start to talk with me, when I have earbuds in because they can't see them under my hair. Sometimes people might think I'm rude and ignore them but I really just don't hear them ^^

I don't buy the most expensive stuff. Usually they are good brands but I don't buy things just because the brand is fashionable or anything.
My headphones were about 30€ and I'm pretty happy with the quality. No need to spend more.

I honestly like both except for those earbuds that actually go into your ears...I don't like those. I think both are quite comfortable, but headphones do hurt my head if I wear them too long. (Meaning like many many hours lol) I like to wear my headphones if I want to drown out the noise around me or listen to loud music without bothering others, but I like to wear my earbuds if I'm just walking around or I'm in class...It's just more convenient. By the way I have Beats headphones and around 5 random pairs of earbuds. My favorite earbuds I have though are the ones that came with my Samsung phone.

I've always liked the look of headphones but I've only ever had terrible experiences with ones that feel like they're crushing my head after less than an hour. I heard Beats by Dre are pretty comfortable, so I might just look into them.

So I stick with the cheap JVC Gumy brand earbuds. The pair I'm using now has lasted me about seven months, and I can barely tell they're in my ears while I'm using them. Plus they're just more convenient to take to work. So for now I'm content.

I love my Koss earbuds, i use them while i work. use them for mowing and it cancels out the noise exceptionally well. great to hear your music in great quality too.
Only issue with them is after a year and a half one of the speakers will cut out till it no longer works. ive gone through about five pairs this way and its always the left side. But a year and a half of its benifits for only $15, worth it compared to others on the market

I like skull candy myself, I have to buy earbuds that don't have the ability to use the mic on and off feature I don't have a device that I need those so I have to pay slightly more not to have that on there.
