All right... I'm using Chrome (most recent public release, Version 56.0.2924.87) and Crunchyroll is working perfectly fine so let's see if we can get yours working.

First, I assume you don't have any extensions like an Ad-Blocker or JavaScript blocker installed, but if you do, make sure they are turned off.

Second, make sure you're using a public release of Chrome and not a nightly build or pre-release version.

Third, make sure Flash is turned on as Google might ship Chrome with Flash turned off by default.

If Adobe Flash isn't working or you see the following error messages, try the troubleshooting steps below.

Step 1: Turn on Adobe Flash Player

1) On your computer, open Chrome.
2) In the address bar at the top, enter chrome://plugins and press Enter.
3) Under "Adobe Flash Player," click Enable.

Make sure you've enable Cookies as well.

If Flash is turned on and you don't have any extensions running and it still isn't working, then maybe try a different web browser such as Firefox or Microsoft Edge/I.E. to see if it's your connection and not a problem with CR.

The other possibility is that it might not be you, but CR as a whole. A handful of people are reporting problems with videos not showing up.
