I start off with doing my set strength workout for the day(I have 3-4 different set for different days) I have no preference on my favorite set or muscle group.

one example day is:

deadlift
pull ups
pendlay row
hammer curls
barbell curls
rope pulls

this usually takes about 30-40 mins to complete, and straight after, I go swimming, at moderate intensity, mixing up techniques for about 30-40 minutes.

I do this every other day(except the weekend, since I usually use 3-day sets in a week), but I do the swimming workout every day, with higher intensity on the days without strength workouts.

I guess my favorite session is this entire session layout, as it works really well for me and feels great afterwards.

Sounds fun! If you don't mind my asking, why do you have the curls in there? Not that there's anything wrong with curls, but your biceps are already getting hit by every other exercise you're doing except deadlifts, and it might be beneficial for you to incorporate a pushing lift of some kind.

On topic, my favorite exercise is probably full cleans. I'm not currently doing a full workout do to time constraints, but cleans are fun, so I occasionally go perform them.

The curls are not a max intensity set, but rather a speed set(i.e. the weights will be something I can manage to lift at least 12-15 reps but I have to do as many reps as I can after the first 12-15 with just a 5-10 second pause in-between for a total of 5 sets). This is more joint/aerobic exercise rather than explosive strength workout. of course, as you stated, the previous sets impact the biceps and you do feel pretty tired already, which is the point because when you do this type of speed set right after, it can really help to develop those muscles a lot faster(as long as you're not overdoing it).
This is just one example of a session, though, I have at least 3-4 completely different sessions during the week so a lot more lifting, core-strength and stuff like that later on.

haha You are tall af man, I'm only 5"8 and I always do legs two times per weeks so I'm used to it... I'm pretty sure that if you incorporate a bit more of legs to your rutine you'll make them bigger sooner or later.
