Curious on what supplements you people use?

The only supplements I use now are pre-workouts. Admittedly, I drink way too much of them and should probably cut down. I used to use creatine a lot but never noticed any significant changes so stopped using it. Stopped buying protein supplements as well because with the correct diet you honestly don't need them.

Personally, I don't use supplements. If I were to use any, it would probably be protein. Getting a lot of protein in my diet while trying to eat mostly vegetable matter isn't extremely easy. Sure, you can get plenty of protein to live on, but getting optimal amounts for muscular-growth with minimal meat and animal products isn't easy.

Chest and arms day. Legs are ok, not a fan of back and absolutely hate core. I do core once a week if I'm lucky but everything else at least twice a week. Go to the gym 5 times a week. Posting from the stationary bike as I type. I'm usually here for 2-3 hours after work.

Edit: supliments I use are glutamine pills, creatine pills, BSN amino x, BSN cellmass, BSN Isoburn protein powder.
I used to take c4 pre workout but it messed way too much with my anxiety and it started to give me panic attacks, but God damn was it awesome, I've never had so much energy lol it's like having 3 red bulls in a row lol. Be careful with pre workout Entergy supliments.

I like to do wall push ups and twerk till my ass is really sore. Shake weights till my arms are super sore, Sometimes I bob my head while screaming really loud to workout my neck.
