Update: my account is now showing as premium on CR with the VRV premium, so that's cool. Tested on the newest Attack on Titan. Was able to watch at my 1080p premium settings.

Looks like wait a day or so for the servers to update?

a) so in the CR site can you view full as premium?
b) does your CR roku/ps3/xbox (anything vrv doesn't have) app work?

Update:

Spoke with CR help staff, but after sending them info and screenshots of my account listings, I heard nothing back. And now I find that I'm not premium on VRV or CR.

I'm done. It'll be less hassle to just sub to CR and Funimation individually. I'm fine with the higher cost.

A) Account on CR site is Showing as Premium, after canceling CR premium then activating premium bundle on VRV (with a Credit card to pay when the fee hits). Took about 24 hours to show up. On site I have the full 1080p, just retested with newest episode of Chain Chronicle movie version (premium only). Profile status is also showing premium, got my crown back. :)

B) Showing as premium on my android CR app, and also on my PS3 through the CR app there. I do not have the others/XBox Live to test them. Tested with AoT ep 26 (premium only, came out 2 days ago) again, and with Episode 12 (came out 3 days ago - premium only) of Saga of Tanya the Evil. Both worked fine. These tests were on my PS3, though I normally stream to my chromecast from my phone.

Looks like it's been a few months since others have had this issue, but it's just happened to me. I had my VRV and CR account linked for awhile with no problem, but my CR premium just got dropped.

Also, as far as re-linking as the mod suggested at the beginning of this thread - there's no obvious was to de-link in VRV.

You appear to have Premium Membership status on CR; are you saying that you no longer show up as premium for the CR channel on VRV?

(Or are you saying that even though your Profile here on the Crunchyroll site says premium, your account is actually not behaving like a premium account?)

I was impatient for a solution and re-subscribed to CR.

I'm so used to no adds that just a few frustrated me enough that I didn't want to wait for a solution.

Honestly, I found the video, speed, and website quality of VRV dissapointing to the point that I stopped using VRV for most shows and only CR.

I suspect that I'll cancel my VRV sub and add Funimation back since VRV doesn't have all of Funimation or a Funimation account link option (ex. I can't finish watching Tokyo Ghoul).

This happened to me yesterday. I have premium membership thru VRV (good until the last week of August). My account is linked and has been linked for a couple months now. But the Crunchyroll site and apps say that I am just a regular member. I am still able to use the VRV app to stream the premium content so it is not a major issue just an inconvenience.

I was watching premium content through CR fine just yesterday but now its says I am a regular member even though on VRV it says I have premium membership

Same thing happened to me. Was watching CR last night, now tonight I can't. Shows premium through VRV and account is linked, but no good for CR.

Edit: cancelled VRV membership and restarted it, I now have full access to vrv and cr

Your post sounds promising, so, I cancelled it the premium membership and re-subscribed. However, do I have to actually close my VRV account completely for it to work, or is un-subcribing sufficient?

Nevermind my question, looks like un-subscribing is what it took- restored after waiting 4 days for help!
