What do y'all think? Liking it so far.

Also as a side note, for the past six weeks it's been a busy timeline of gaming on the PS4. Starting from January to now, we had Gravity Rush 2, Fate/Extella, Nioh, Horizon Zero Dawn and now Nier.

My copy is arriving tomorrow.. it's getting rave reviews so I'm stoked.

The first quarter of 2017 is just loaded.. I just started The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, NieR is out tomorrow and Persona 5 releases in 1 month.

Played a few hours this evening and I'm really digging it so far. The combat is tight and fun, the story is really interesting and the character designs are top notch. The environmental graphics. however, are pretty poor. You won't likely notice in the middle of a fight but when you're just wandering around everything around you looks like it belongs in a late PS2 or early PS3 game.

I wonder if there will be much graphical difference on the PC version - it would be nice to think so.

There isn't, Yoko and co said they wanted you to play at what they thought was best lol.

Man just finished the game.

Coming from Dragon On Dragoon to this has been one hell of a journey, I really wonder how things are going to play out now.

One thing I will say, the soundtrack is amazing. Definitely will buy it once it's released.

I think Yoko Taro has become one of my favorite game directors now. His ingenuity reminds me of my other two favorites, Hideo Kojima and Hidetaka Miyazaki.

I'd say he's above Kojima when it comes to story telling, but that's just me
