I've finished watching the following in this order
>Stein's Gate
>Death Note
>Full Metal Alchemist
>Psycho Pass
>Attack on Titan
>Mobile Suit GUNDAM Iron Blooded Orphans

Any other good anime like this? Preferably with a 90s feel, no ecchi, high-school, or any of that fan service softcore porn anime

Ghost in the Shell
Outlaw Star (if you can find it)
Cowboy Bebop
Infinite Ryvius
Bounen no Xam'd (I think translated as Xam'd the Lost Memories)
Darker than Black
Ergo Proxy
Last Exile
Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit
Trigun

I'm sure you can find trailers for these on YouTube and make a decision from there.

It seems like you like twisted anime, or anime with a dark or down to earth undertone. Also action.

"School Days" - Would definitely fit that role. It may be "Ecchi, High-School" category but judging from your list I think you would find it fascinating. I'd encourage you to give the first two episodes a chance.

"91 Days"
"Argevollen"
"Black Butler"
"Drifters"
"Erased" (Again school-ish but given your viewing pattern I think you would like it)
"Gate"
"God Eater"
"Gurren Lagann"
"Kill la Kill"
"Noragami" (you may find this one a bit immature in comparison)
"Parasyte -The Maxim-"
"Plastic Memories" (may be a bit sappy for you but has a great dark undertone)
"Saga of Tanya the Evil"
"Terraformars"
"The Heroic Legend of Arslan" (Great action, less dark)
"Ushio and Tora"
"Utawarerumono The False Faces"
"Valvrave the Liberator" (may be too childish)

If you want that classic feel and are still high on mechs from iron-blooded orphans then maybe give Gundam 0096 a watch. It was received somewhat critically but if you like Gundam then it's definitely one of the better ones.
As others said, Ghost in the Shell: Stand alone complex
Gurren Lagann. (some fanservice, I say put up with it the show is cool)
Erased
Ghibli movies are always good way to break up a seinen binge I think.
Nausicaa of the valley of the wind
Princess Mononoke
IMO these are the best Ghibli titles and if you watch them now... well no other ghibli movies live up...

Not sure if it's better than Steins Gate, but Code Geass is pretty great. Psycho Pass' first season was absolutely fantastic, and Shougo Makashima is one of the best villains in awhile IMO, but the show really dropped the ball in the second season and the movie was blah IMO.

In regards to movies, throw in Sword of the Stranger.
