Just because some of the shootings results from bullying doesn't mean that the shootings can be resolved by reducing bullying alone.
If people believe that it is the entire fault of the bullies then this says a lot about society if people has to resort to shooting random innocent people to resolve their "bullying" problems by shooting others.

The second amendment is about right to bare arms, but you forgot to finish read rest of the 2nd amendment. It clear said that only millitia have the right to bear arms. Millitia back in the Founding Father days is for self-defence force made out men of the town or city. Few decades later, the government elimiated Millitias and in its place they created National Guards. People is using 2nd amendment out of its original meaning. Please ask your America Government class teacher in high school to explan it more clearly to you. (I am sorry about any mispelling of words and if I have offend anyone)

And its really wierd how it isn't clear on "arms". Arms could describe anything from a knife to a rocket launcher. But then again, the amendments were written a long time ago.

Maybe its time for List of Amendments 2.0 ?

That is not a generally accepted interpretation.

Honestly if your high school teacher is telling you this, then she's a fucking moron who doesn't read the newspaper. If she knew anything, she'd tell you that this is only one legal position and courts have not ruled on the matter conclusively. But honestly, I'm not surprised that a high school teacher is trying to politically indoctrinate you by telling you that this is the only acceptable interpretation. Public education has become totally corrupted by politics. Sounds like you're not longer being taught how to think, but what to think.

Check this site out:
http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/data/constitution/amendment02/

In spite of extensive recent discussion and much legislative action with respect to regulation of the purchase, possession, and transportation of firearms, as well as proposals to substantially curtail ownership of firearms, there is no definitive resolution by the courts of just what right the Second Amendment protects. The opposing theories, perhaps oversimplified, are an ''individual rights'' thesis whereby individuals are protected in ownership, possession, and transportation, and a ''states' rights'' thesis whereby it is said the purpose of the clause is to protect the States in their authority to maintain formal, organized militia units.1 Whatever the Amendment may mean, it is a bar only to federal action, not extending to state2 or private3 restraints. The Supreme Court has given effect to the dependent clause of the Amendment in the only case in which it has tested a congressional enactment against the constitutional prohibition, seeming to affirm individual protection but only in the context of the maintenance of a militia or other such public force.

This issue will be resolved soon though as a case contesting the DC handgun ban is being brought before the Supreme Court. So stay tuned to the news, and tell your teacher that she needs to go the fuck back to school and learn how to read.

I thought so. It'd be weird. Oh and I heard the guy who was the shooter at Virgina tech was gay. Maybe he just couldn't accept the fact. So he took it out on people huh? and from what I've seen. It's easier for girls to accept themselves as lesbians than for guys to accept that they're gay. Because like at my school. If there were lesbians people would be acceptive. But if there were gays they'd have a way harder time.

Nah, girls just aren't statistically very violent or aggressive usually. It probably relates mostly to hormones. (Testosterone makes guys aggressive.) I'd have to look up the stats but I think only like 10-20% of violent crime is committed by women (maybe less than 10%), though the stats could be off because of various social factors.

Emotional or upset maybe, but I don't know how often they actually get physically violent because of that.

without a VERY violent reaction?

Do you really think we'll stand for it?
Because I can tell you right now
there is no fucking way that's happening
