So I am on a quest to identify every epigenetic marks in the cell's chromosome. In order to identify as to which parts of the gene is activated on the chromosome. As for those who are not sure as to what epigenome is can check out the video below.

1. The ways that I can think of in finding the epigenetic marks in every cell in the body is first through scanning. You scan the entire body's chromosomes and figure out the chemical methyl group tags and have them recorded.

2. Deduce the entire body's epigenetic marks from a single cell. We know the epigenome can be modified by the environment, but also inherited from our parents. So we structure a plan as to how the epigenetic marks would unfold for the entire body.

With the marks mapped out, we can pin point the cause for cancer and which tissue is responsible for it. Modify the chromosomes accordingly to reverse aging. Let me hear your thoughts
