Which is worst for you? Choose wisely.

I should have explained better.

You can still have water it will just be bottled water. The water at your house will be cut off preventing you from showering, cleaning, and drinking. If you are going to drink water, it will be bottled only. It will be this way for three months.

You're electricity will be cut off due to a blackout that last for three months.

This isn't even a question. It's water. You can live without electricity. No water for three months and you're dead.

Some people would choose electricity over water sadly.

I would rather have electricity than usable water.

Can't live without water.

No electricity is unpleasant, but you could always light some candles for light

Lol @ people putting "no water" as meaning "no showers".

Sure, the OP is allowing bottles for drinking water. But there are plenty of other things besides drinking that are uses for water which are far more significant than showering, like (in order of increasing importance):
- water for cooking
- water for washing clothes
- water for washing dishes and cutlery
- water for flushing the toilet (unless you happen to have a composting toilet)
- water for basic hygiene like washing your hands

Yes, you can use bottled water for any of these things. If you're prepared to blow tens of thousands of £ over the 3 month period on bottled water then you could probably go without it affecting you at all*.

Whereas electricity... well, I guess it depends on your house as to how much effect that has. The only really significant thing, though, is likely to be the lack of food refrigeration, particularly if you have a gas-powered cooking device and solar-powered hot water.

*beyond the time taken to pour out hundreds of bottles of water into various places every day, of course.

You couldn't have any of that with a 'blackout' either, plus you could die of exposure. With electricity, you have clean water, clean air, clean sewage.
