Okay, I recently bought a new, more advanced Roku, partly because my old one was no longer being supported and I couldn't access most of the anime series in my queue.

And things were fine, for a while. Everything on Crunchyroll played fine.

But of course, with Crunchyroll, the good times never last.

OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!

This has been going on for the last week.

I MEAN WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK, CRUNCHYROLL? WHY AM I, A PREMIUM MEMBER WHO PAYS FOR YOUR LOUSY FUCKING SERVICE, HAVING TO COME HERE EVERY FEW MONTHS WITH COMPLAINTS?

GET YOUR FUCKING ACT TOGETHER OR I'M CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE.

If you really think saying you're a premium member is going to make them fix things any faster its not.

They'll either fix it soon or it'll take awhile. While someone might be able to to help you here its unlikely. I believe its probably best in this case for you to contact support directly.
