I never seen anyone eating toast with jam in here so can't say that. So instead, butter. Sorry for the lack of information.

I went for other because most of the time I skip breakfast, and when I do I don't prefer any of these options as there's just nothing better than eggs. Between these options, I prefer biscuits as the texture is the best out, and they are especially amazing with gravy. But seeing that preparing breakfast is quite an effort that I just prefer to have something I can grab and go like a piece of fruit.

What the heck, bagels are so hard. I'll enjoy one, but it won't sit well with me in the morning when my metabolism is still starting up.

Nothing beats a slice of the raisin sandwich bread you find in asian bakeries. It's fluffy, but crisp on the outside, and has just enough moisture from the raisins that you aren't choking on dryness. Its so good toasted. TBH, even the plain tangzhong bread is so good. It's sweeter and firmer than american white bread, with a delicate chewiness in the center. I missed it so much in college. It'll take me a week and a half to eat through a loaf of white bread, but tangzhong bread doesn't last three days.

Some light cereal, something not high in sugar (only on rare occasions). Sometimes toast, but having bread/potatoey products isn't really a great idea for breakfast :S Fry-up's are usually on a very rare occasion too, Usually I'll have a bacon/sausage bap on holidays (definitely on Christmas Morning, kinda a tradition for my family).

Bread is generally very fattening, and potato cakes and hash browns and muffins aren't great, they have a lot of energy for sure, but most of it doesn't last long.

Something like Wheatabix, Shreddies, Porridge, I guess Special K or some Muesli, something Oatey/Wheaty tends to keep me energised till Lunch, sometimes I skip breakfast (maybe get a breakfast bar on the way to work) if I oversleep.

Toast topped with, and in this order; a thin layer of mayonnaise, drizzled with some sriracha, about two teaspoons worth of blue cheese crumbles, and a single egg-over-medium. Ideally, I like sliced grapefruit on the side, preferably of a sweet variety. Bagels with mascarpone and fig preserves are nice, too.

Out of those options; either multigrain toast or english muffin. I tend to eat oatmeal, cereal, or yogurt with granola before work and on my days off I have eggs and toast (or english muffin).

I sometimes skip breakfast so i can fast. If not, I eat an eggwhite veggie omelet w/ jalepenos and a sausage. Then a bunch of fruit.
