hey i really need help lately crunchyroll has been loading very very slow for sometime now when i want to watch the newest episodes of anime or the oldest it will not load it is just a blank page with the different quality's to watch it at(SD,720por 1080p) i know for a fact that it is not my internet connection b/c i have very good ping and upload speeds. please help i really want this site to load fast again and let me watch anime with out having to wait 5 mins for everything to load then have a error occur

Unless you're a Premium+ member, you need to have Adobe Flash player installed.

Nothing on CR needs Java. In fact, very little on the web these days needs Java (not to be confused with javascript, which is built into every browser).

Adobe Flash is needed only if you aren't using Chrome, Edge, or using Windows 8.1 and using Internet Explorer, as all of those have it built in. If you are using the latest version of Chrome, you will need to whitelist CR as Chrome now only allows a few top sites to use Flash by default.

I have the same issue although i do use ad block and its still like for me as well regardless of ad block being on or off

Is this an issue with heavy traffic or is it just a slow day for everyone?

I read somewhere recently that CR's been making a lot of infrastructural changes due to the increase in popularity. I think the article covered that they were going to begin sourcing a lot of their content via cloud and I immediately had a bad vibe about it. Who knows how long it'll take for them to hammer out the kinks.

I have noticed stuttering when am watching certain things and some series are becoming unable to connect for me at times I was able ot watch BLASSREITER on PC today but not on PS4 and then I could on PS4 now I can't on either...

Ive been having a similar (or maybe same) issue for days now. The page loads, comment section, header, quality select, description section, other recommendations, even the episode select all load fine and rather quickly. The player itself however will flash up and then disappear to white and then take minutes to reappear if it reappears at all.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. This is a known issue and our Engineers are hard at work to resolve it. We do not currently have an ETA at this time as to when this will be repaired, we are truly sorry for the trouble.

I cancelled my subscription because they shittly encode the videos and can't afford to upgrade load balancers and shit
