Stereotypical type of anime I should say, D. Gray Man, but I find it strangely addictive ( Prob bcuz of the good looking characters! ) Character-developement wise it is quite commendable and I like it how they keep you in suspense by revealing a bit by a bit of the character's past.

PS, sry for any bad english in my post

This anime is good in many ways such as the characters and making you want to watch more. Its a funny anime to because Allen is more of a demon the anybody else. He is a cheating blackmailer and always does something to make you laugh. I enjoy watching this anime because its has moments that just get annoying but still good.

D.Gray-man rocks for me.Not everyone might like it's plot or whatever but it's a good-to-watch anime.Besides, the character development thing and all what-you'll-call-good-over-evil-thing isn't that bad. There should be growth right? So character development is a promotion of growth not only mentally but spiritually.Besides the good-over-evil thing being a cliche, and the protagonist being less than human, are just figurative representations to be analyzed. If you're not going to push through your limits and go beyond yourself, you won't excel in anything. There must be a balance between good and evil.Yet the good side must be dominant to be able to control the evil side.We shouldn't just watch something for the knack of it.We should learn something from it too.But of course,we're all free to choose.

this is one of the best anime that I've watched so far along with Bleach.

The story is very good, the characters are so amazing, with a past that nobody nows.

The songs are amazing too, I love it!! ^^

D.Gray-man is one of my favorite more longer series of anime. The animation fits it, the dark tone and humor as described by the others is brilliant. The way the characters interacts takes a different view then other animes such as Bleach and Naruto Shippuuden. The character designs, are somewhat simple in some aspects, yet flawless and I really have nothing to say against it.
The Manga is a beautiful story of coarse and has some of the most brilliant artwork in a manga that Ive ever seen. Its detailed throughout and the amount of toning is taken to a minimum.
I give it a 10/10 for its genre and size.
Im also cosplaying as Allen Walker for the upcoming Otakon 2008 convention, Im very excited.

whr and when is tt otakon 2008 convention???

I don't mind it being to long of a series, but I don't want it to be like over 200 eps, that's too much. It's a really great anime and manga, I love the characters and the whole idea about exorcists and there innocence. The manga is getting really interesting as well as the anime is catching up. Can't wait to see what D. Gray-man holds for us ^^

personally I think it makes him a better villian cause even though hes wierd and goofy hes got a plan and is in control. Also hes different than your average villian which helps make the story unique. I will say that everytime I look at him I think of a donkey, even though he doesn't really look like one.

I LOVE D Gray Man. I thought the plot was very well though out and the characters were all unique. I also like the way the none of the characters seem perfect because in some animes there's a perfect character that's good at everything.
