Tested it out. My Roku Stick is able to play episodes that my Roku TV can't. Guess I'll just plug Roku into my Roku since I like Roku.

Yeah still having same problems on a TCL Roku 32 inch TV, refuses to play new episodes.

This is fucking ridiculous, for 2 months already I've been having this problem that keeps me from watching shit, i dont understand how as a company you let this shit drag on with no reponse at all, not even so much as a we're working on it

The @Crunchyroll Twitter account has been encouraging people in the US to move to VRV to mitigate some of the regular Saturday night issues. CR on VRV has been ad-free for all users this weekend.

Plus switching to VRV on roku isn't an answer because there's no VRV roku app yet.

It was illustrative that they have responded to the weekly issues on Saturdays, not a suggestion that any individual in this thread move to VRV.

I am experiencing the same problem using an Insignia 40" Roku embedded TV. So far I have not been able to view Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid episode 12, My Hero Academia Season 2 Episode 13.5 and 14, Attack on Titan Season 2 Episode 26, and The Silver Guardian Episode 1. I have been able to watch other Crunchyroll listed shows, but this is getting very frustrating. I did go to setting on the Roku and ensured that I have the latest patch loaded, but still have the problem. Any suggestions on getting this resolved would be appreciated (except using another device or service) as I am a paying member and expect a quality of service that I am not seeing at the moment.

Same issue here. Latest episodes of Maid Dragon (12 and 13) and Youjo Senki and Attack on Titans S2 do not load.

I'm having the same problem with my Insignia Roku TV. Some of the new episodes load but at least two series aren't being able to load episodes. Its rather irritating. I even watched one of the episodes on my laptop and then switched back to my TV for the next episode, thinking it may have just been stuck on that episode, and it still wasn't working. The two series I've noticed this on is Yowamushi Pedal New Generation since episode 11 and one of the newest shows that recently came out The Royal Tutor.

Sakura Quest is stuck on infinite loading for me,And while the rest is playing,i've been getting random crash on my 2016 stick with Crunchy.Sometime I watch 4 episodes nothing happens it,sometimes it crash its really random.

Same issue on my Sharp - Roku TV! Gets stuck in RETRIEVING mode on new episodes of Twin Star Exorcists (ep 48,49,50), Attack on Titan (S2, ep1), The Royal Tutor (ep 1), and My Hero Academia (S2 ep 1).

I'm a premium member as well and would love to see a solution.

For those of you in the US, mind trying if you have better performance on our Roku app for our sister site VRV (www.vrv.co)?
You can link your Crunchyroll account to your VRV account, which will give you premium on VRV for Crunchyroll content.
I'm interested in whether the issue will persist even on our other app.

I would like to give this a try, but when I attempted to link my account I got a network error.

Also, even if I can get the accounts linked up, how would I go about changing the Roku App on the Sharp
TV to access vrv.co.

Finally, I suspect the problem has nothing to do with bandwidth since all my other devices using the same
wifi connection work without problem, and earlier episodes of Yowamuchi pedal and other programs continue
to work. Only episodes posted in the last three-four weeks are having problems and not all of them.

I suspect some one has changed an encoding procedure of something similar.

When did VRV add a Roku app? I had not seen any info on its release, and they don't list on the site:
