I never see anyone talking about Bleach on CR, I would like to get back into the manga but it seems like so many other animes are to choose from that could potentially be much much better.

I understand the anime finished a while ago, but should they bring it back?

What do you guys think?

Nah. The manga got really bad at the end IMO so no real point to bringing the anime back if it would go the same route.

Bleach got pretty meh about the Hueco Mundo arc IMO. While I'd like to see the rest of the manga adapted into anime, it did kind of get pretty bad towards the end. There were some chapters where the plot hardly moved at all.

I prefer older anime, but I wouldn't mind if Bleach got rebooted as long as it learns from its past mistakes. I also think that Bleach could have done anything in episodic format like Lupin III or even Astro Boy.

I think Bleach could have worked really well as a short series. The first 9 episodes of Bleach are great.

Everything through to the end of the arc where Rukia is rescued is pretty good. Then you move into the Bount arc which IMO is the best filler arc in the series, after that you go to Hueco Mundo and the arcs start to get stretched out a lot more than they probably needed to since the anime caught up with the manga rather quickly.

Last time I heard of Bleach was that the anime was going to comeback with a Quincy arc but tbh I really hope that doesn't happen. The original show ended well enough. Also, I really liked Bleach and it is one of my favourite shows to date but I really struggled with all the unrelated filler, I mean sometimes I would give it a break of months until I had the patience to comeback into it to actually finish those parts. Still agree that the story gets a bit bah and repetitive after the first couple of arcs but I was really pleased regardless overall.

But no, don't think they should as I also think they would probably make it worse like some shows that have been trying to make a comeback.

I like the soul society stuff. I just don't think you could end the story there because you just opened up this huge world full of characters and it would be a cliffhanger ending.
I think Ichigo's powers as a soul reaper could have been very temporary and been around long enough for him to get revenge on Grand Fisher for killing his mother. I really just like the early Bleach setting. I like the formula of hollow with weird ability shows up and Ichigo and co. try to fight it. Ichigo could even keep his powers and just have the hollow hunting become status quo. I think it would even be cool if they rolled with the Sado and Orihime developing new abilities. I guess I just like it as a monster of the week show for some reason.

Sure they could have, animes do it all the time when they want to encourage people to buy the manga. Seraph of the End that ran for what, 24 episodes, ended at a place where there were more questions than there were answers. Bleach would have been at about 60ish episodes if it had finished at the end of the rescuing Rukia arc. The issue with Bleach was really threefold: too many filler arcs, repetitive arc format, and stretched out arcs that caused it to feel almost stagnate. You could watch two or three episodes in the later stages of the series and it would feel like hardly anything happened.

Sure they could have done a monster of the week, but they would have had to curtail the cast back to mainly just Rukia and Ichigo. But frankly, Natsume and Mushishi excel in the monster of the week style.

The manga is finished, and the ending probably won't be animated. Regardless of my personal enjoyment of the series, Bleach spent roughly ten years in the limelight. It had a good run. If nothing else comes of the series (games, continuation, and otherwise), I won't argue with Darwinism.

Reboot? I don't know about that. It's already a huge task to watch all 366 episodes. What i really want is the rest of the manga adaption. But do we get one? Hard to say but hope so.

I'd like them to at least finish animating it but who knows if it will ever happen.

I think people should watch Bleach, if they haven't already. But the Animators were smart to stop when they did, instead of following the manga to its conclusion. In fact, they could have stopped with the previous arc. The best thing about anime is that they usually know when to quit. Unlike American TV that can't stop until nobody's watching. Unless, like Naruto, it reaches a logical conclusion (transition to adulthood) in preparation for the next stage (Boruto) it's best to end on a high note, at the end of an exciting arc.
I might watch a movie with the Quincy arc, but not a series.
