Why do most Online Manga Fandubs suck?

Hi,

There are mangas I enjoy that don't get an anime or do get an anime but don't have an English dub version. So I go online to see if there might be some fan-made videos of Japanese mangas in the form of slideshows coupled with audio in the English language. Unfortunately, most of what I see are not done by professionals. Even if they are fans, it doesn't look like they putting enough effort into it. Not only that, but the mangas they choose to dub aren't very good ones to begin with. Why is that?

If possible, I would like to help put together a fandub of the To Love-Ru manga (and if I'm lucky its sequel To Love-Ru Darkness ) because I find that the manga has a much better narrative than the anime especially the 1st season (OMG!!! I HATE IT SOOO MUCH). But in order to do that I will need people who are good at Photoshop, video & sound editing, and as much people possible auditioning just to see whose voice is a right fit for these unforgettable characters. I was hoping to connect with each of these people through Skype and then have their work uploaded on a site where it's all put together. Does that sound like a bad idea?

P.S.: I heard of a site called www.castingcall.club where people online audition to voice characters but I don't think any of those are real projects since I can't seem to find a link to them.

I can barely understand what this post is trying to convey.

But if I understand correctly, have fun trying to get good voice acting.

really? who's going to be paying these people . . .
And if they're not good, they wouldn't be wasting their time on something that likely has such a low demand

Because they're fans who do it just to do it...

They're not paid or trained at all most likely.

I don't have any money on me. But if I did, I'd at least get something out of it. Hopefully, I'm looking for volunteers who will do it for the fun of it but also take it a little seriously if they want to at least see what goes into making a good manga dub.

Also, does anyone really care if the character of Rito Yuuki is voiced by a man or a woman?

'Cause I sure as hell don't.

I've closed this because not only is the Manga forum not the right place to solicit talent for creative projects, this sort of project which seems like it would not be done through gaining official permission from the copyright holders of the material is not appropriate for promoting at all on Crunchyroll.
