I think it's justified when dealing with all kinds of the worst scum. Pedophiles, rapists, drug-dealers, creationists etc
Or in extreme self-defense. Some people, when hopped up on something, just don't fall down before they've sustained massive, or fatal, injuries.

not even in self defence? or to defend a loved one? maybe the word 'murder' is too strong but it is legal now, well in london to kill someone in self defence if they are intruding on your property posing a threat.

well it is self defense but still, if your a murderer, you are still considered as a criminal because you killed a person

What exactly *is* murder though? Different cultures have entirely different ideas what is and is not considered 'cold-bloods'. While in London you can kill a person in self-defense, try that here and you get the joy of jail-time >.<
I just went by the idea of 'killing a person, outside of the authority of the legal system'. Not sure where religious murder would fit into the idea though.

monkeys don't just murder they beat the crap out of their victims with extreme prejudice...
religious murder? there's a lot of those people kill in the name of god all the time... they get sentenced like ordinary people... anyway if a priest kills accidentally somebody in self-defense they won't go to jail (canon law).... if he deliberately kills but it didn't cause much of a ruckus, he just get transferred (again canon law)... If a muslim kills a dozen infidels and sentenced, he's a martyr of faith...

...well, since the human race doesn't want their own selves seen to be punished in any way... they made excuses to escape it... (laws, religious beliefs...etc....)

lol this is interesting, well the reason i posted this is because we all have different morals and views on what is right or wrong, we hear about death all the time, but we only hear about the family and loved ones of the victim, but if the criminal dies we rarely hear the thoughts of their loved ones. they are just seen as the enemy

murder is never justified, killing in self defense is. murder is the act of assaulting someone and killing. killing in in self defence is the act of killing in the process of trying to defend yourself.

i say rapists should be hunted down like the bitches they are
although.. i am fine with the law only putting rapists in jail or making them go to rehab
but..as soon as they get out, then they better show a significant change

yes, i know that there will always be rapists, that it will never end, that we should just let the government handle it, and that it'll just keep going around in circles.. but you know what.. i don't give a damn. if rehab, jail, or even religion doesn't work.. then your ass is leaving this world one way or another

I do NOT believe pedophiles (which liking little kids is probably a fetish) and rapists should be killed. And there is NO justification for killing them. There absolutely is not.
