I stopped a kid who was trying to rape a girl in group while we were in Germany at a Sports Hotel, those ppl who say to restrain the person, it is next to impossible unless u have prior knowledge and practice in restraints, I did so it was easy enough for me, but if he was say an extra 40-50 pounds i might have lost... there r limits to restraint, it helps to hit ur opponent a few times to disorient them and then restrain, in this case i did not have to, but if he was bigger i would have had to do that... theres no reason to kill any1 unless they r threatening u with a weapon that they can easily and effiectively kill u with (like a knife, gun)

We had a fight in Mexico aganist 7 guys who were drunk as hell and the 4 of us won, what happened was for some reason two guys jumped our friend from behind and started hitting him in the back and head, my lil bro takes two steps and throws a round house kick into the guys chest and u could see the rib buckling from the blow, then one of the guys grabs a chair and the other grabs pool cubes, but he didnt decide to throw them, thank god or my bro might have beaten the living crap of him... but long story short we won, and the police came, and thanks to my fluency in Spanish I was able to prove to the cops that we were the victims and they were the attackers, and so they threw the kids out of the bar and escorted them back to their hotel (since we didnt want to press charges)... it was fun in retrospect, but while u r fighting it boils down to speed and accuracy ^ ^

to ensure the survival or the safety of the whole threats are to be eliminated or imprisoned because every society has laws... even if they didn't get eliminated and served their sentence people who know of their crimes will still treat them with prejudice...

cops have ways of finding out if you're insane or not... it usually depends on the persuasion power of your lawyer... murder during a drunken stupor automatically lowers your case coz' you're technically insane during that period of time...

See i think it would be rather easy to restrain people...ive just held people on the floor idk how many times @ our social gatherings to try and stop drunken fist fights from breaking out when were all trying to have fun...all you have to do is just have total control over the persons body i.e. just put them on the flor and pin them down....im pretty sure thats all there is to it?

No, I don't show or express emotion, and I don't act emo, and I actually know how to do damage to a human body, I've always been a more capable fighter then emo kids, I could have beaten the crap out of one twice my size as a kid

Druken fist fights r a different thing then a messed up kid who tried to attack me and so i restrianed him, u r what 6'5"? that makes it easy for u to restarin them, I had to restrain him for 10 minutes (no one would call for help and i knew the girls we in their rooms, i was pissed!!, now i know how that murder in the 1960s was caused by ppl who didnt want to get involved), how long do u restrain drunk kids for? maybe a minute tops...

thank god i wasnt in a fight where i had to restrain some1 cuz that would be a really bad situation cuz if it was 2 on 1 then one of them has to go to sleep and maybe i can restrain the other

Restraining is not a real matter worth discussing, but its better than murdering some1 in self-defense... (but honestly u couldnt have restrained them without some knowledge of doing so)

Agreed...and actually ive probabaly pulled and held down people for upwards of 10 mintues and make them assure me if i let them up they would behave like a respectbale semi adult :P..but i could see where your comming from

i prefer a more direct approach when dealing with drunks... throw beer bottles at them and if they got near hit them with the chair (if in the bar) or kick them in the nuts... then go back to drinking...

Point taken, since were dealing with murder in a broad sense. But still, killing is classified into various cases, Manslaughter, murder 1, murder 2. These are terms to justify taking others lives. We need to specify what's at issue here. Killing is different from murder with respect to the circumstances in which they were done. Should killing an animal be a crime then, afterall, a life was taken?
