If it was temporary, sure, why not, especially if I had a large supply. It could be pretty cool to have a second identity I could switch to whenever. And like others have said, it could make for a fun time every now and then.

If it were permanent, I'd probably want some kind of trial period, to see if I'm willing to commit. Also, so I could set up an identity beforehand. Then I would save it for when I commit some kind of big crime, like a bank heist or something. When I get away, I could take the potion and no one would ever know!
