Is anyone else tired of the constant inability to watch shows as of late? Every time I get on here to watch something it takes forever to get to, I get redirected to the wrong episode or show, or I simply get an error. Why am I paying for this service? Am I the only one having this problem? This is getting old fast.

This is maybe the second time I actually haven't been able to access Crunchyroll due to issues on their end in the last 7 years I've been here. They seem to do pretty decent to be honest in terms of outages.

Pretty much done with it. Whoever is in charge of Crunchyroll needs to step down and be replaced with someone a bit more competent. There's no point in paying for premium when thousands of other places offer it for free and without the constant issues I face here. Like, is there a refund or any way to get my sub prorated? There should be some sort of discount for the days the site is inaccessible like this. Or maybe reply to these threads, moderators, and let people know what's being done to resolve the problems. At least pretend ya'll care about your subscriber base.

My two cents:

During the week it works ok/fair but late Friday & Saturday every week it's 98% unavailable to my household (northern CA) . Roku, PC and apple devices fail to even load the app and or web site and bring up the queue. What shows I do get come up with warbled audio. I use wired gigabit LAN connection for my devices and have plenty of download speed.

I'm a retired datacenter lead server engineer and I know that for a business, this is not a good thing. Are there bits of scheduled maintenance going on? If so why during these times or can the server farm not handle the load? Is there a place we can go to find a schedule of suspected outages?

If not, the load balancer needs to be adjusted immediately.

I'm here in this forum because I'm trying to find out if I'm the only one. It's literally a weekly occurrence at this point that one device or the other can't work with Cruncyroll.

Don't worry ... You're not the only one. Here it is, Saturday evening, and since noon today crunchyroll has been unavailable on any Roku in my house.
The weekends are when my family and I can watch our favorite shows together. I like to watch my favorites Saturday evening and Sunday yet I can barely get the app to load. Am I going to have to buy the Blu-Ray to every title I want to watch?

I have a ticket that's been open on this since I posted the comment above and haven't heard back yet beyond the initial contact.

Anyone else have any idea when this will be resolved?

Never had any problems once I became a premium member, sorry to hear you are & possibly cancelling. Hope they can fix it for you, we need more people supporting the anime industry not less.

CR is not the only way to support the anime industry. just because someone decides not to pay for a CR subscription, it doesn't mean they won't support the industry - that's a logical fallacy.

edit: it should also be mentioned that non-paying users of CR (who use CR for anime) also support the anime industry, but instead of paying CR directly, they support through watching ads.

Not quite ready to cancel, but the problem seems to be getting worse lately, not better.

At the same time, Netflix is carrying more and more Japanese Anime, often the same titles a Crunchyroll, and they almost never have technical issues.

I know how to build this stuff, maybe I should go get myself hired.
