Vento Aureo? I'm sure that one will be turned into anime. It just takes some time before it comes.

Golden Wind is the english title for vento aureo.
I know it takes time but if they followed the pattern of parts 1-4 that would mean it would start around the end of the year if not early 2018.

It'd be accurate to say chances are 50/50, however the answer is almost inarguably not going to be ours for a while from now.

Well if it follows the pattern of the first 4 parts it would start at the end of year or early 2018 if it's happening. When it would be announce though, I have no idea.

Yeah.

There has not been any info disclosing any sort of news pertaining to development of it though, which is usually the start. There is a chance it'll happen and i'm hoping for it, I say it's quite far from being impossible, However I think it wouldn't air until 2018

We also have to account for the fact that David Production is taking time away from JoJo's and making other shows now, one of which is debuting shortly, which unless I'm wrong was not the case when they were adapting parts 1 through 4 so it's entirely possible that we'll have to wait even longer than that.

Well shit I didn't know that. That's depressing, I need to see the

Further info on that for others, from the Vento Aureo Chapter 1 thread on MAL: https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1185069

Badass:

DavidAvigdor:

Part 5 is the second most popular part in Japan.
The most popular is part 3.
in the bottom of the list of popularity are part 7 and part 4 (yes, the parts that us, the west, likes the most)

(...) in terms of popularity, both in the west and in Japan part 3 is (probably) the most popular, whereas in terms of critical acclaim part 3 and 5 are the most critically acclaimed in Japan, and in the West parts 4 and 7 are the most critically acclaimed.

That's at least my take on this subject as I'm no expert myself

And from the above Reddit link, DioBlando:

If you think about how a lot of people in Japan consume manga it's not actually in one giant chunk. A lot of people will be (were) reading JJBA through Shounen Jump, and another group of people will be buying and reading volumes over a period of time. This is why Parts 3 and 5 do so well in Japan, they're super consistent in terms of delivering high octane battles. Every week you could pic up Jumpu and read something solid, every volume you buy will have something cool in it.

Contrast this with Western fans who tend to speed-read the entire part in a matter of days or weeks, things blur together and the repetitive nature of battles can become duller. Hence western fans rate Part 4's variety and Part 2's brevity so much, but Part 3 and 5 get a very different reaction.

Thank you for that very informative response. I'm a bit shocked that 7 isn't liked in Japan. I understand the argument and all. Although I am only on Volume 4 of part 7 so I can't say for sure it's one of the better ones but it has hooked harder then the others I've read.

The CR translation will likely be better than the blind-idiot scans the manga originally got, so I don't think anime only fans will find King Crimson as confusing as we did originally

I'm still reading Part 5, but I trust Woolie (Super Best Friends Play / Super Best Friendcast) when he says Part 7 is the best. And hey, even "relatively unpopular in Japan" Diamond is still getting its live-action movies... although that's mainly because that part's setting is Japan.

Characters wise, part 5 is one of my favorites. The bad translation completely removes their personalities though. I'm enjoying the hell out of part 7 so far.
