Our backlog is almost completely processed now. Wait time for new users should be down to under one hour.

I signed up on my iPad, ads was still there so I canceled my subscription and tried to sign-up on the website but got this pending error at checkout. Please resolve this.

I logged in , renew subscription , get the error page "Please do not order again" , crunchyroll took my money from my bank , no access since 3 hours from purchase..

Made an account to try 14-day free trial, "You have pending checkouts" when I go to the subscription page. I used paypal for my payment method. Its been about 2 hours. I still have a "normal" account, hopes this helps the I.T.

Same issue. Charged us but no change in over 30 minutes, so the "resolves itself in 10 minutes" is still pretty much a lie.


ETA: Seems to have been fixed, not sure when though. Still, might want to update that FAQ to be a bit more accurate.

Same issue here. After a few tries it said my payment went through but I still don't have premium membership. I checked it out again and it still said "pending checkout". Sigh, I just want to watch on my day off.
