Hello. My name is Jenny and I'm having problems with upgrading my account from free to premium. I used to have a premium account so the info regarding my credit card is there, I followed the steps to upgrade it again but got a message saying my petition was queued and that I should just wait. I've been waiting for hours and nothing.
Whenever I try to update it, I get a message saying "you have pending checkouts".
I also tried to delete my credit card information so I could use a new account but it didn't let me. A new message appeared saying "the payment method cannot be removed because it is currently being used to pay for a pending membership".
I need to know if they'll be able to solve this problem asap. I don't want to be charged for a service I'm not using because it isn't working. I've seen some people in the forums with the same issue that didn't get a reply in weeks. If that's the case, I would like to cancel my account for good.

I had the same issue this morning. It took 2.5 - 3 hours but I came back and everything had gone through.

I'm having this problem now and I've run it through apple pay and through the website. Are we just having server issues? The app said that it went through but nothing. Then the website said that there was something wrong with my payment information. Which there certainly was not. IS this a waiting game? Should I contact my bank to see if it's a card issue? Apple subscriptions say's that I'm subscribed...
