Once again I have submitted a help form and have gotten the exact same response. I do not have an apple id so i am unable to cancel my subscription through Apple. I need help, nothing ive tried has helped at all.

No matter how many times I try to explain it, nobody listens. It's saying my subscription is through Apple but it was made on an Android phone and not through apple, I dont own an Apple device or have an Apple ID. I just need to cancel my membership but im unable because it continuously tells me that I need to cancel it through Apple.

That sounds super frustrating.

Have you tried responding to the reply and saying that? If not, that might give you a better chance than just sending a new help request.

The forums are primarily for user-to-user help. You'll need to work with customer support for assistance.

I've tried responding to the email saying exactly that and have had absolutely no luck getting a reply. I have literally nothing i can do to get any help and I really need to end my premium membership. Not a single suggestion has worked, and customer service continues to say the exact same things. I don't know what to do.

Is there a credit card stored here: /acct/billing

When you go here: /acct/membership For "Current Billing Method" does it say this or something else:


What does it say in the payment info column when you go here: /acct?action=membership_history

One other place to look for a clue is here: /orderstatus

I was going to point out that there was a chat pop-up to talk directly to support in the help section instead of going through email (at the bottom of one of the FAQs for canceling), but that function seems to have disappeared right now...
