Ok, so you got 200 posts of the same crap. Ever since I joined CR I've had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. This is why I cancelled for a while. The only and I mean ONLY reason I re subbed, is because you have decent anime. Your technical department is a huge joke though. So basically if you don't get your ---- together within 2 days..... my entire group of friends are cancelling and moving on to non "kosher" ways. Get it together, it's been years of this crap. I don't see this happening to funi, hulu, netflix or even a free service like crackle. Data malformed my ass, fix it.

Data malformed Is normally the users issue.
It appears when the xbox's region is incorrect. Trying to run a app that isn't meant for your region.
So have you been changing stores US to X or X to US type of thing? Logging in and out of different user names? Restarting your router and then the xbox is known to fix it. If you haven't been.

Yes CR most deserves all the cussing you are posting for a issue that is likely caused by how xbox's are programed.
