At this time, only the Anime Network is streaming this show. Note that there's nothing saying that it's exclusive there, so it's possible that it comes to Crunchyroll, but more likely it will be just there and Anime Strike given the way Sentai is now operating.

Episode 1

I wasn't expecting much out of this show seeing this as a marketing gimmick, and that's exactly what I'm getting here at the beginning. Ao should know better than to open up suspicious packages like that, but nevertheless she did and by accident, activated Gourai. It turns out that she's no ordinary figure as she's a living, fighting machine that is activated by the push of a switch. As she's the first one to activate the Gourai model that manufacturer has come to Ao wanting her to be a test subject for the Gourai model, and as such she's battling these other robots for data collection purposes. Quite a nice deal for Ao seeing that she's being paid good money to do this.

So with that, I'm not sure at this time what I want to do moving forward with this show unless I know for sure where this show is going on. While I would like to watch more, I don't feel I'll be missing out on much by calling it quits.

Well it started out almost exactly as I predicted it would, and I found it really cute in the first few minutes before it just turned into a run-of-the-mill comedy. Speaking of which, the funniest part was the crow vs. drone fight! I sort of want a Frame Arms girl now (only if it talks...) but am even less the modelling guru that Ao is. So as far as a marketing gimmick, I guess it worked? Well not until they have my money.
Plot wise there's almost nothing to work with, which means it can only get better from here. I'll watch a few more episodes to see.

This really reminds me of Busou Shinki vibes as well. Not a fan of the CGI-like designs for the frame girls though. It just looks kinda weird.

First impressions: This is basically "Small Soldiers" the anime isn't it? Granted, I haven't seen that movie (yet) but from what I gathered it has a similar premise to this show and even the "toy" characters function basically the same way. That being said, it's both refreshing as I feel that "toys come to life" stories are underused in anime (and the west for matter) despite the blatant product placement present in many anime.
Secondly, this is the best thing Sentai Filmworks has licensed in a long time. That said, I wish they didn't have it since the show looks like a prime candidate for a Simuldub from Funimation. Now I have to bum a free stream from Anime Network until that closes up

This first episode was so boring..even the MC is uninterested in the topic of the show. For the time being I'll keep watching it while doing other stuff; but I might drop it along the way if it doesn't pick up.

All I can think about is Busou Shinki with build fighter elements.
I'll give it a watch, but with what I know of the production of the frame arm girl figures, all I can think is Busou Shinki 2.0

Having watched Bosou Shinki , I actually found Frame Arms Girl premise humorous in that the MC is not a hobby nerd but instead lazy motivated by money and didnt want to be called master and doesnt want to be bothered to stick all the parts on.

Glad that Kotobukiya found a remedy for fans who want to watch the show past Amazon's Anime Strike streaming service

This one is odd, but in a good way. I find somewhat amusing to watch, though.
