My Account and issues with billing

Hello, it seems I'm in a sort of jam at the moment when it comes to my account, and wanting to stop my payments along with my membership, The platform itself doesn't seem to want to respond at all and even wont let me click on the cancel membership anymore lol. before having that problem it just stopped responding, and kept going to the cancelation screen asking why I want to leave and asking questions. So after entering my info it simply places me back at my account settings with no changes in sight. Any help from the crunchyroll staff would be most appreciated. I even tried sending an email to the support team and it just kept giving me a red error tag along the top of my screen saying there not found. Again any help would be most appreciated

Have you tried contacting support through their Contact Us page: http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact? You could also try a different web browser or clearing your browser cache (cookies, etc.) and trying again.

just wanted to say thank you for the input, and help you posted. I sent a request through the link and I hope to hear from them soon. as for clearing cookies and such I do that kind of neurotically so I know that's probably not the issue though I will double check just to be sure. thanks again for the help, have a great day

I am having the same issue. Clicking 'cancel recurring' and filling the form I get "your membership cannot be cancelled at this time. If I cancel premium altogether it just goes to account page as you said. I two emails and two messages on here that it had been cancelled but my account page says I'm premium and recurring still says yes. I made a ticket just a minute ago. Hopefully it's just a failure to update the page quickly or something.

Update- I received a response in less than five minutes and a rep cancelled it for me. All pages are showing that I cancelled now.
