Hey everyone,

We are excited to announce that tickets for Crunchyroll's very own Crunchyroll Expo are now on sale!

Taking place from August 25-27 of this year, Crunchyroll Expo will be in the heart of Silicon Valley at the Santa Clara Convention Center for 3 action packed days of guests, panels, special exhibits, and more!

Crunchyroll Expo will present three jam-packed days of anime, manga, games, cosplay, and more in a celebration of Crunchyroll’s titles and community as well as the anime world as a whole. Fans can expect everything they already love about Crunchyroll’s appearances at other conventions including unique exhibits, immersive activations, exclusive panels, and guest appearances by some of the biggest personalities in the anime industry from both the U.S. and Japan; Crunchyroll Expo will also bring together key partners, exhibitors, and influencers to keep fans excited and engaged the entire weekend. The event will feature a host of special events and activities, including premieres, the latest content coming out of Japan and interactive features focused around anime pop culture to connect fans around their shared passion for the medium.

Weekend, single day and VIP tickets are now on sale at www.crunchyrollexpo.com, and fans who purchase VIP tickets will be granted special access to guests and events, as well as exclusive merchandise and at-convention discounts. Additionally, fans are now welcome to book their accommodations for the weekend through the official Crunchyroll Expo hotel block, which includes discounted rates through select Santa Clara hotels. Convention attendees who book through the official hotel block will receive a gift pack that includes an online Crunchyroll Store coupon and exclusive autograph art card.

More information will be added and updated as the event gets closer, so please be sure to check out the official site for all of the latest details.

The funny thing is that Amazon completely obliterated CR this season, and they will continue to do it in the upcoming seasons.

I'll need to see the guest list first before I decide to attend; live only 15 mins away so will most likely attend at least one day.

10 exclusive titles out of more than 60 is a healthy chunk, but hardly "obliterated".

Last season had a few as well, including Scum's Wish, Onihei, Urara, and prior to that, Vivid Strike, The Great Passage, Battery, and a few others that escape me right now.

Is it just my browsers or does the FAQ page not work properly? I know the answers are there by looking at the source, but nothing shows up when I click on other questions.

Anyway, as a long-time staffer for Anime Expo, I'm a but curious about joining the crew, but maybe I'll try the convention out as an attendee for now...

Man what the heck, now they have How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend S2 and Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon S2 plus Gran Blue PLUS Rage of Bahamut.............

edit: .....but their interface suck. Anime Strike doesn't even appear to have it's own page, at least I can't find it.

I managed to find it on my own but the interface is awful. If they're serious about it they'd put it in a distinct section instead up slapping it with all their other stuff.

It's a waste that they have those licenses. They should let sites that know what the heck to do with them handle the titles. I'm not giving them one red cent for that half-assed job.

Great for Amazon that they picked up these titles but holy shit their interface sucks thal's balls. I'd rather pay CR and Funi who have superior interfaces and a great community then watch on Amazon/Anime Strike...whatever.

I'll get whatever else CR or Funi don't get through the other means.

Why is it so far away? You should have one in the Northeast too, like NYC...
