However you do it is interesting. But is it weird to strongly dislike yourself but like other people? Is it possible to even do such a thing? What do you think?

Bonus Questions:

1. Do you love yourself along with other people?

2. Do you hate yourself along with other people?

It's definitely possible. and I don't know why you someone would think it's weird I mean ... it's even common. It's pretty common for people to hate themselves and like others, not a very alien concept and the reasons are obvious. people always view things from their perspective, they view their own shortcomings and failures while others they don't notice. they don't know everything about others and even then it's possible you're just a low-quality human being(hint hint hint me) compared to others.

1. No, just other people

2. Yes, but the amount of people I hate is very small in fact I pretty much dont hate anyone, just some of their actions.

I'd say you fit right in with the majority of the population. It's not unusual. Grass always seems greener on the other side when it might not be. Perception can equate with GIGO (garbage in, garbage out). You're programming yourself with info that is likely incorrect re self-loathing but many do just that.

I'd say you're normal.

Me: self-loathing is my goto skin layer that I've learned to live with. I may outgrow it someday....LOL.

Loving myself?? I find it an uphill struggle with no view of the summit either going forward or in the rear view mirror; it's a facet of my life I've learned to live with, accept it for what it is.

No, it it's possible. Well if you just look at your imperfections and compare yourself to others and however perfect they may seem... you might see high standards that you might not be able to achieve ..something like that....

1 Do I love myself? I guess.

2 Do I hate people? I don't know? I don't know a lot of people enough to actually hate them. Sure, I've met some that I didn't like
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Mm, yeah. It's completely possible. Think about it: you have people you like, people you dislike, and people you feel neutral towards.

Obviously you are gonna have a separate opinion for yourself compared to every other person you know.

I go between self-hatred and trying to love myself often. I have many people close to me that I love much more than myself, though.

They're not mutually exclusive, but I'd go as far to say that if you can't treat yourself with love and compassion then you're probably gonna be a bit shit at doing the same for others

Q, if you're talking about yourself, I don't think you actually hate yourself. You're probably just frustrated with something personal and taking the blame for it onto yourself. It ain't your fault.

who says I like other people?

I stand them because I have to but there's actually no one (besides my mom and grandma) that I really like.

Sounds like a self esteem issue. So yes, very normal among people these days.

I could understand why a person may feel like that. They probably see and admire qualities in other people that the wish they had themselves. I feel like that a lot.
