Hi,

Since the last update of the app my tablet crashes and reboots on almost any video at specific timecodes.

Tablet Model: Nexus 10
Streaming Via: Wi Fi
Service Provider: A1 (Austria)
Android OS: 5.1.1
App Version: 3.8

I tried some new shows (Attack on Titan season 2, Alice & Zoroku, My Hero Academia season 2) and also some old shows (Toriko, Deadman Wonderland, The Ancient Magus' Bride) but all of these show the same behavior.
There are also some shows that don't crash (Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Yokuwakaru Gendai Maho) but that's the minority so far.

Attack on Titan season 2 episode 1 for example crashes at 5 points during the episode. If I skip past these by ~5-10 seconds I can continue watching, but it is really annyoing and I would like to enjoy the whole show without my tablet rebooting.

I already tried to logout and in again, reinstall the app and obviously restart my tablet, but it didn't change anything.
Please fix this!

Version 3.8? Our latest Android version is 2.1.3.

You are also mentioning a lot of shows that aren't even on Crunchyroll for Austria. If you are circumventing our regional restrictions, we will not be able to help you with connectivity issues, as it's guaranteed to be working badly due to you picking a video source 8000+ kilometers away in the US.

Ah right. It shows 3.8 in the installed apps list, but when I click on details it shows 2.1.3.
Streaming works without problems. It's just that the tablet crashes and reboots ever since I installed this latest version of the app.

p.s. The catalog for Austria is a bad joke. If that's a problem I can just cancel my sub and watch my shows elsewhere. Just thought I would try to support the anime industry via CR, but with the negative press you are getting lately I am not so sure if that's the case anymore anyways.

I'm on a Nexus 10 tablet and I'm having similar issues on the latest version.

I'll boot up an episode of one piece and 10 seconds later my tablet is doing a full reboot.

Only crunchyroll seems to be doing this near as I can tell.

Also on nexus 10 having this issue I am assuming its a fault with the nexus 10 YouTube rarely has this fault for me though usually it is at random points not repeatedly at the same to timestamps. No idea why it is but it causes audio to stick and screen to freeze for a few seconds then turn off. OK have found a sort of solution using awesomeplayer rather than nuplayer seems to fix the reebots but does no cause some pausing and audio repeating which is also really annoying

It's entirely possible that the device is faulty in general. Either way, I've forwarded all the info to our devs.

The same on my Nexus 10, last update crash and reset. I tried so many times and I saw a thing. When video turns to 1080p, it crash. On 480p looks normal. Just reset when it converts to 720p or 1080p. Any help? (Sorry my horrible English)
