Hello,

Episode 1 of Granblue Fantasy seems to be broken. It seems to pause in the same places and then completely quit playing after about 2:30 minutes. It does the same thing on both my android phone and on my Roku 4.

I'm having an issue with this ep as well, it's just randomly skipping forward while playing. This is on an Android TV.

On Android TV (NVIDIA Shield), plays normally for up to about 30 seconds and then skips a few seconds head. This happens constantly throughout the episode and is really obvious in the opening. I've seen reports elsewhere that this affects the Android mobile app as well.

This is the only title that I have experienced this problem with.

I have the same issue with the first episodes of this and Sakura Quest.

I'm having this problem also. I watched Dragon Ball Super and Attack on Titan just fine but when I watch Ep. 10 of Konosuba it always crashes shockwave at 9:57. I've tried with uBlock Off/On, Clearing browser cache and cookies, Chrome is up to date.. Nothing is working.

I tested on both my Desktop and Laptop. Both freeze at the exact same time. Both systems are using Chrome and have great specs and my internet is top tier.

Flash crashing on desktop doesn't sound related to the problem we are talking about which is video pausing or skipping on the Android app (maybe iOS too?). There is a beta HTML5 player you can try for desktop.

Mine was skipping on my xbox, ipad, and phone. The only time it didn't skip is when I watched it on my laptop (mac).

I don't know if this is still a relevant issue, but I guess the only way to watch the first episode is on a computer.

Same issue for me. Also performed all the basic troubleshooting steps to make sure it wasn't on my end. I have tested on multiple devices(console and mobile with different OS). Attempted streaming over WiFi and mobile networks but same results. Also, tried through VRV; which I'm sure still points to the same source for the episode but figured I would try... Seems like it's something with the episode but I would have expected more complaints.

Having the same issues on my xbox one. Has anyone gotten a response from Crunchyroll on this problem?
