I'm one of those people. I despise mayonnaise, it's absolutely disgusting. I will eat homemade mayo, but never, ever from a jar.

Favorite condiments-nothing typical. I've never put ketchup, mustard or relish on anything, and hate mayo. I buy a sandwich spread based on cilantro chutney at Indian groceries, that's really good, and I recently discovered that Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) is really great on burgers. Ají amarillo, a yellow Peruvian pepper sauce, is also really good, but kind of hard to find in the US. There's a couple of small groceries in Chicago that carry Peruvian foods, and I usually find it there. Ajvar is also great as a condiment.

Favorite sandwich:
When I was in Peru last summer, I fell in love with the triple sandwich. It's basically layers of tomato, avocado and boiled egg (bread, tomato, bread, avocado, bread, egg, bread). I'm surprised it hasn't caught on elsewhere, it's really easy and delicious.
