Your servers are down yet again crunchyroll.

I'm tired of paying for Xbox live and premium membership to your site and every weekend or big show release your servers crash. There are hundreds of ways to watch these shows, but I choose to pay for your service because of convenience. But with constantly crashing servers it's not very convient.

This post will be the last time I give your site the benefit of the doubt. I've done the Speedof.me test to reveal that I'm downloading at 82.2 Mbps , and my upload speed is 12.6 Mbps. Perfectly good speed to stream your service.

Now I'm tired of paying a monthly fee for a service that only kinda works when it's conviemt for them.

I know it is pretty frustrating, but they are working on a long-term solution right now. You can read about it here: https://medium.com/ellation-tech/c44c53789e86

I would assume it's because the crucnhyroll population is mainly on during the nights/late afternoon of the weekends. So many sights go down when there's millions of people flooding the servers, the internet is not perfect. I see above they are trying to make a long-term solution but I understand the frustration. Luckily I can get back on normally by just refreshing the page every once in a while, I have little to no problem, but understand, people around the world from every country like anime, and CR is one of the most popular if not the most popular anime streaming website.

When there's probably around 200-300 million people online right now, understand that the server will have some difficulty processing everyone's request.

CR have an aging infrastructure that can't keep up with demands, particularly during peak times (such as when dragon ball super simulcasts). they're trying to move to a cloud based solution through AWS, but in the meantime, CR will experience server crashes during heavy online traffic.

So Why am I paying 8 bucks a month right now when I can't use there service whenever I want?

I understand that they receive a lot of traffic, but that traffic means money in there pockets. It's inexcusable that I have to "deal" with crappy servers right now when while they work on a better solution. And continue to take my money in the mean time.

I'm done as a customer, I'm canceling my payment right now. In the mean time while I work on a better solution I'll save the money for when they offer a better service for the money.

Funny part is ea day at same time really late at night it works just fine about the time people in the west go to bed, This only used to be a problem sat-sun but now its happening on monday aswell not sure ill keep my subscription doesn't seem worth it if i cant watch what i'm paying for

In all honesty this has been going on every night after 10pm eat for a month now. I haven't been able to load anything during that time every day. This is a joke of a service. No other streaminf service business has had an issue ongoing this long, should tell you guys something.

I just canceled. I can't do this anymore. Xbox app is literally unusable every night after a certain time. Just streamed for 3 hours straight no problems, soon as 10pm est hit like usual, the app experiences server issues. This is not my end as I can watch it on my iphone no problem, but im not going to lay in bed holding my phone up just to watch some fucking anime.

I'm starting to agree with the above post. The past few months has been a pain in the arse to get into the Xbox app when I want to watch. What's the bloody point in paying £4.99 a month when I can get a better service free elsewhere.
