So, here's the deal. When I logged into Crunchyroll, I saw in the top bar that there was the Premium bar was there and it said 'Try Free.' As soon as I check the my Premium status, it tells me that I am Premium, but with not benefits from it. This means that I can't watch videos without ads, and so on. Also, I'm not allowed to purchase Premium again because I'm still registered as one. I should also add that this isn't the first time this has happened. In the pictures I posted, it shows that there were 2 payment problems, one on April 9th, and one on March 4th. Also, after checking the order history, it looks like one subscription canceled on the 9th, but another is still going on. When I bought the Premium again, it said that my subscription would renew on the 22nd, meaning that I only get 12 days of premium without the benefits. I should also say that I am using Apple Payments for my account.
