Honestly, I'm so addicted to my work that it feels like anything other than working is wasted time. I can't even enjoy a full-length movie anymore without thinking that I just wasted 2 hours(even if I thoroughly enjoyed that movie).

At some point in our lives we have all thought we have wasted time, it may be true. However there is also time we thought we wasted that taught us patience or taught other important skills we never would learn any other way.

Iam sort of surprised to see a 17 year old feel this way (OP) i dont really recall ever feeling like that at that age. But now i feel it ALOT.
I kind of figured it was part of getting older. Due to having more responsibilities and less free time, less energy and etc
I do suffer from indecision and over thinking quite alot. This makes me waste alot of time. Iam the same as you (OP) i sometimes just cannot make up my mind and sometimes i will actually feel like doing something but i'll decide that i'll do it later and do something else instead and then when later comes i dont get around to doing what i origianlly wanted to do, it's either too late or i dont feel like doing it any more... ^^;

I also waste time because i nap every day after work and sometimes i will wake up feeling very groggy and it can take some time to snap out of it. I also waste time recovering from hang overs.. but iam not as bad as i used to be in that regard. Still bad enough though.
I guess even posting on forums and looking at facebook can end up feeling like a waste of time.

I think for me it's just that in getting older, time just feels more limited now. It feels more precious. More valuable. Like you feel like you have less time left, not the seemingly endless amount of time that you did feel you had when younger.
My grand mother told me many years ago that the older that you get, the faster time goes.
This has proven to be true (for me). It's really strange because i used to socilaize and go out alot more when i was younger but iam sure i also used to game alot more as well. And yet now that i do these things less i somehow feel i have less time also?..
I used to work more as well. (overtime).

I am a master of time wasting though. Indecision often effects me to the point of not being able to decide whether to game or watch stuff but then it will be like should i watch a tv series or a movie or anime, and then which one? Or what game should i play? should i play single player or multi player?
Sometimes its the same with what food to eat..
I think sometimes because or work and tiredness i want to spend my time in the best way possible but then just waste half of it doing nothing.

Not sure if by that you just mean young and dumb or if that was an insult? lol..
I just remember life being really fun back then and i dont recall thinking about time at all really. I dont think i was anywhere near as indecisive back then and i remember often doing things that i didn't even overly want to do but i just did it without indecision and without overthinking and worrying about the negatives, I just did it. (although i probably was a bit of a follower as well)
I wasn't worried about how better to spend time so much or caring about staying up all night and sleeping all day and that.
I dont recall the weekends flying as fast. i never used to dred going to work so much. I dont recall dreding going to school either.

I've always had lots of hobbies but i dont recall them conflicting so much like they seem to now. Maybe i dont enjoy some of my hobbies as much now cos back then i just felt like doing something and i did it.
