I believe it is the companies right if it were in the US. We allow the firing of people for saying the wrong things.

What the hell kind of cruelly low pay does Bosnian tv give that a host, not a cameraperson or assistant or anything, has to whore herself out?

To be fair to the station though, seeing as prostitution is illegal in Bosnia that was probably the only way they could avoid a massive backlash.

Ashmash12345 has it spot on.

The persons twitter content shows they are comfortable with who they are and loves the attention they get.
Prostitution isn't always about either needing money or wanting money some see money part just as a extra bonus. It can be a sense of power/fame etc. Money isn't unwanted just lower down on the priority list.

Companies do feel that their employees represent them 24/7 so some really don't like having employees in "non conservative" professions on the side.
All depends on what their contract said. If there was no clause mentioning it then she could be able to get some sort of compensation. If there was a clause saying you can't be in any "non conservative professions" then why is anyone making out it's a problem?

Correction; she is Bosnian, but living and working in Serbia. Prostitution is illegal there, too.

She has the gall to say; “I am not afraid of prison. Those who want to lock me up for whoring should instead help me pay the bills and earn money that I need to live. I have a boyfriend who is a politician and he won’t allow me to get arrested.” Really? No, she doesn't need the extra cash to live. This is a textbook case of greed, not necessity. She found out how to rake in cash and live the high life, and this "I'm trying to make ends meet" line is a pile of crap. The wench is spoiled, and thinks she's above the law. I wish I could give Princess the boot, myself.

Well, I mean I can see your employer being a little miffed when they discover your stage name is "Pussy Discretion". Unless said employer has an actual stage and a 3 drink minimum.

I'm not buying what she's selling. Literally and figuratively.
What "rich" and "handsome" man is paying for sex? Those men have an ubundance of free sex being offered.

Regardless having an openly, self proclaimed "call girl", if she keeps it classy, on staff makes the business look kinda seedy.

My guess is the majority of her clientele are older men who are already married and are paying her for her discretion (which she obviously isn't very good at).

The part you quoted is a generalisation for anyone US Canada UK Australia anywhere really.. Doesn't matter if it isn't illegal some companies still don't like their employees to do anything in that nature eg non conservative professions on the side. It isn't a omg how dare they fire her for breaking laws and admitting it!!!!
The place my dad works at would fire anyone who was found to be a prostitute male or female. Prostitution is semi legal here. (Semi legal eg if you follow the rules and requirements then you don't get in any trouble. eg work alone and always use condoms for every act.)

Who isn't a prostitute? To one extent or another? Everyone sells themselves to a certain extent or not?
