At the beginning of the month I tried canceling my subscription through the website (had some technical problems with video playback, gone now). I thought it went through, even though I didn't get any confirmation email or anything. Today paypal emailed me that my recurring payment went through and it says on . Also it says in my subscription settings that I have 2 months already prepaid.

Can somebody clarify for me. Are my recurring payments still on? And if i wanted to cancel in the future should I do i directly through paypal and not crunchyroll? And what's up with these prepaid months?

For information specifically about your account and billing you should contact customer support directly using the /contact form.

I already did but I though it'll be faster through forum. Guess I'll have to wait.
