I've been emailing Crunchyroll Store but I keep getting told the same thing by the same person and it's not getting me anywhere. I can't update my card at all to pay for my membership and when I use a new card to pay for it, it tells me I can't do so because I'm already a premium member or I'm on a free trail. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Can you delete your old card here: /acct/billing

And then if you try one of the links here: /forumtopic-806747/quick-answers-for-common-questions do you get the same error?

Have you considered trying to use PayPal, or iTunes?

If you hook paypal to your bank account then you pay CR with paypal you never have to worry about updating stuff

Neither of those helped at all and I can't delete my old card at all. I also do not like ITunes subscription stuff nor Paypal.

What i think he is trying to say is he likes to use his Credit card to pay not Paypal etc..
Ok so advice to original poster. If you are failing to update your card properly and pay with a new Credit card, if Crunchyroll cant help try phoning your Credit card company. Check nothing is being blocked for security your end. In my country some Credit card providers/banks are more secure than others declining payments online on certain sites that are not super popular or known. If you have a 2nd credit card try that.

I can't think of much else to say. I have always paid via Credit card, no issues.

Edit: way he describes it tho does sound like a Crunchyroll issue. "Can't delete my old card" that shouldn't be a issue on this site to remove old cards.

Almost a year later from this original post and I am having the same issue. I can't delete the old closed credit card. I can add another card but I can't renew my membership with it. The website thinks I am both a premium member and yet not at the same time. When I try to pay with another card it thinks I am still a premium member, "Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member."

Thanks. All fixed now. I was able to remove the old card. I am back to being premium again.

You should be able to add a new card now and to remove the old one.
