What the hell, I have been a paying premium member for just over half a year now and this is the first time I have experienced this. Please resolve this for me. I streamed some Dragon Ball Super the other day and wanted to watch something before bed, but now this has occurred. I have done nothing to warrant an IP ban so I haveno clue why it has been issued to me in the first place. Unless using the service is against the rules. Not too happy right now but I would be thankful for a quick resolution to this.

I suggest contacting customer support directly via the /contact form.

This might have happened during a time the site was overloaded and if you kept hitting refresh to reload pages with great frequency, Cloudflare might have interpreted it as suspicious activity or something.

Thanks I'll try that. All I do is use it on my phone and apple tv, but it banned IP so I can't even get on here witout using cell data for a login. Never spammed any refreshes or anything.

emailing [email protected] should work also. It's just less preferred because the form helps give them info that will route the inquiry more efficiently to an appropriate rep.
