Aniplex doing A SENTAI ?

Wow this interesting / scary about U.S. anime streaming. Aniplex licensed Fate/Apocrypha. for JAPAN ( NETFLIX ) while Aniplex USA hasnt

Kinda strange / the ANN news forum has some thinking a NETFLIX / Amazon / Hulu bidding war is going on . Who knows CR could be in on it too

Take it a just as a cautionary post !

BTW / SENTAI is a US company based in Houston FYI for those who didnt know , BTW they were formed from A.D. Vision now Subsidiary Also responbile for the lost of the Geneon anime in the US and basically forcing Anime Network ( was part pf ADV )to cance the Cable channel which Funimation started doing on demand

And who wonder where some older anime titles went

Also a nasty lawsuit by Sentai against Gainax for the Live action ( Option ) rights for Evangelion

The more I read about Sentai makes me want to Puke.

But all the stories links below

ANN NEWS

Errata: Aniplex USA Does Not Announce Fate/Apocrypha Anime

Update: Aniplex clarified with ANN that it has not announced a license for Fate/Apocrypha. While Aniplex USA announced at its panel that the anime was coming soon to Netflix, Aniplex clarified that it is only confirmed for Netflix in Japan, as was previously announced.

Aniplex of America announced at its panel at Sakura-Con on Saturday the television anime adaptation of TYPE-MOON and Yuichiro Higashide's Fate/Apocrypha novels is "coming soon to Netflix."

The series will premiere in July on Tokyo MX, BS11, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and MBS. The anime will also stream exclusively on Netflix in Japan.

For fuck's sake...*facepalms*

It's only one damn show so far; ONE SHOW. THE SPRING SERIES IS JUST STARTING. Also, AoA usually plays their stuff all across(CR, Hulu, Amazon...)

And if you wanna watch this that bad enough, then you'll have to get off your moral high horse and resort to streaming to private sites.

It sucks that it's resorted to this, but it's called BUSINESS. I'm not a fan of Sentai sending their stuff to Amazon either, but considering that CR is Funi's bitch.....Sentai and AoA was probably going to get back sooner or later.
