http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/04/18/fresno-shooting-spree-3-people-killed-suspect-in-custody.html

So there was a terror attack in Fresno yesterday, but the local pd/media is trying to write it off as a 'hate crime'. I mean, it can be both.
Dude murdered 3 people then yelled 'allahu ackbar'. He was also wanted at the time for murdering a security guard, and had a criminal history including terroristic threats and false imprisonment.
Some may see it as pointless to label the attack as a 'terror attack', but I think its important so there can be an investigation into the process of his radicalization. What websites did he go to, what mosque, etc. Just writing it off as a 'hate crime' seems really hamfisted to me.

He was just trying to spread his ways to them. Don't be such an islamaphobe.

koran 2:191

Pickthall: And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution is worse than slaughter. And fight not with them at the Inviolable Place of Worship until they first attack you there, but if they attack you (there) then slay them. Such is the reward of disbelievers.

koran 5:33

Pickthall: The only reward of those who make war upon Allah and His messenger and strive after corruption in the land will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off, or will be expelled out of the land. Such will be their degradation in the world, and in the Hereafter theirs will be an awful doom;

koran 8:12

Shakir: When your Lord revealed to the angels: I am with you, therefore make firm those who believe. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.

koran 9:5

Shakir: So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

koran 9:123

Pickthall: O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty (unto Him).

Doesn't seem that hamfisted given his extensive social media ranting about hating white people and him telling the police he hates white people.

That aside, man, this is only the tip of the crazy with this guy. There are so many red flags here.

But the majority of 'lgbt' and atheist executions are in muslim majority countries and are state sanctioned. Its not even an extremist way of thinking in those countries, it is the norm.

Just google 'hang ayaz'

For once, I would like to see religious nutjobs stop bashing people of other religions. The OP is a Christian nutjob bashing an Islamic nutjob. They both appear the same to me.

Can you post the number of Christian terror attacks in 2015/2016 for us?

Depends how easily I can find them in the USA. In the USA, Christian terror attacks don't exist. They are "Christian Extremists." Going to have to use a lot of unfun keywords to dig this stuff up.

Edit: Too lazy to dig up attacks until my papers are finished in turned in. May come back and re-comment later. I will leave a few Christian terror groups.

"Army of God"
"Eastern Lightning"
"Lords Resistance Army"
"National Liberation Front of Tripura"
"Phineas Priesthood"
"Concerned Christians"
"Ku Klux Klan"

These are a few that come to mind. All of them have done acts of terror in the name of the Christian god.

Well, no. This is not a terrorist attack. If he was trying to use this as a way to propagate some ideal, or had ties to an organization, he would be. But he was just a messed up racist.

Just going by some of the more well known ones? 162.

http://www.start.umd.edu/gtd/search/Results.aspx?chart=overtime&casualties_type=b&casualties_max=&start_yearonly=2014&end_yearonly=2015&dtp2=all&perpetrator=40207,10054,1829,10005,10055,728,794,507,20330,30053,40056,100043,40431

But thats by no means an exhaustive list.

Why is the right so quick to label this a terror attack and yet still calls both the Quebec mosque and the Charleston church shootings as a isolated cases of mental instability?

Army of God -
Fringe tiny little group based in the US. Their main justification biblically for their actions is Luke 22:36 - “Now, however, He told them, “the one with a purse should take it, and likewise a bag; and the one without a sword should sell his cloak and buy one. Pretty flimsy argument and no groups or large denominations support them or their means.

Eastern Lightning -
is a small cult founded in china who believe in ideologies that are not in the christian bible. Like oh, idk god has come back as a woman on earth born in northern china.

Lord's resistance army -
"Although the LRA has been regarded primarily as a Christian militia, the LRA reportedly evokes Acholi nationalism on occasion, but many observers doubt the sincerity of this behaviour and the loyalty of Kony to either ideology."

"Robert Gersony, in a report funded by United States Embassy in Kampala in 1997, concluded that "the LRA has no political program or ideology, at least none that the local population has heard or can understand." The International Crisis Group has stated that "the LRA is not motivated by any identifiable political agenda, and its military strategy and tactics reflect this."

"IRIN comments that "the LRA remains one of the least understood rebel movements in the world, and its ideology, as far as it has one, is difficult to understand."

National Liberation Front of Tripura -
is a Tripuri nationalist organisation based in Tripura, India. It has an estimated 550 to 850 members. Damn... They must be effective.

Phineas Priesthood -
According to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), "Many people mistakenly believe that there is an actual organization called the Phineas Priesthood, probably because there was a group of four men in the 1990s who called themselves Phineas Priests. The men carried out bank robberies and a series of bombings in the Pacific Northwest before being sent to prison. But there is no evidence that their organization was any larger than those four individuals."

The ideology set forth in Hoskins' book includes Christian Identity beliefs opposed to interracial relationships, the mixing of races, homosexuality, and abortion. It is also marked by its anti-Semitism, and anti-multiculturalism.

A.KA. Literally not a thing.

Concerned Christians -
Between 60 and 80 members of the group disappeared from their homes and jobs in Colorado in October 1998 and were the subject of a search. On January 3, 1999, they gained notoriety when they were arrested and deported from Israel as part of an Israeli effort to protect the Al-Aqsa mosque from extremist Christian groups, codenamed "Operation Walk on Water". According to Israeli police, the Concerned Christians were one of several independent groups who believed it must be destroyed to facilitate the return of Jesus Christ. The group members said that they were law-abiding religious pilgrims there to await the return of Jesus but had no plans to participate in any illegal activity.

The group is said to currently reside in Greece or the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area and its potential threat level has since been disputed.

Where is the biblical context for destroying a mosque in israel for jesus to come back. Wait, it doesn't exist. But, they almost did that one thing that one time. *thumbs up*

Ku Klux Klan - Seriously? Grabbing at straws here.

This false equivalency bull shite will get so many people killed. Stop defending political islam. Islam is sick and needs reform. Making excuses for radicalization or pointing the finger at tiny groups of fringe "christians" to say, "Oh look, see? Christians do it too." Is ignorant.
