Not only is Java updated, but I also checked my chrome setting to see if java got disabled, it didnt..
I even disabled and enabled and it still giving me that same message, please someone help me with this...

The message has nothing to do with the java add-on (unless you play Minecraft java applet is pretty redundant now days.) but how the browser performs scrips itself.
Chrome is blocking the flash player add-on http://www.wired.co.uk/article/google-chrome-adobe-flash

To enable flash it should be something like
In a new tab, enter the following address: Chrome://settings and hit Enter
Scroll down on the Settings Page and Click "Show advanced settings" at the bottom
Under Privacy, click on "Content Settings..."
Scroll down to Flash and check either "Allow sites to run Flash" or "Ask first before alllowing sites to run Flash".

Javascript is not Java:
https://www.java.com/en/download/faq/java_javascript.xml

Unless you know something on your system is using Java (little does these days), it shouldn't be installed on your system as it adds additional security vulnerabilities.

I had to make crunchyroll an exception on the setting despite it saying that java is on, thank you for the help tho! Videos are working on this computer again ^^
