Post Reply Shows vanished from site version of CR?

Hi,

I have a bit of a weird one, I am logged into my account on the website, and when I go to updated to see recent shows, it only shows 5 shows.

My play history doesnt even show the shows I watched this morning via the website.

Then when I try to watch one of the shows I watched earlier by searching for it manually (like clockwork planet) - I get told that it is not available in my region due to licensing....

But i was watching it a few hours ago....

And I can go watch it right now again on my android app or PS4 using the same connection settings.

Anyone else experiencing issues with the CR website at the moment?

Quick update on this - I managed to get it working again.

I tried the following

1) login and log back out again....still not working
2) cleared my cache, cookies and browsing history files, logged back in - THIS WORKED!

Usually that means you went travelling to a different country, where the restrictions are different, and you didn't clear your cookies on returning.

Although, it could mean that your ISP got an additional block of IP addresses that were previously assigned elsewhere, and they haven't been updated to reflect their new location now.

Or else, you are using something like a proxy, vpn, or unblocker, which disguises your actual country of origin (which goes against the TOS here)...

Go to this page: /contact
Scroll down to where it says "Detected Country" in gray, and see if that agrees with where you are now.

The only thing different was, I was at my sisters house this morning on her WiFi with Sky broadband (that was when I was watching some shows this morning), and just got home to my own home which is back to my normal Virgin Media broadband.

Both are UK ISPs but there must have been something odd about the change over back and forth today.

The only VPN i ever connect to is a work one, and that is also UK based (but I do not use it when using crunchyroll as work frown upon me watching anime when I am meant to be working )

At least its working now, thats the good thing - I got all confused as to where my regular shows had gone lol

You recently accessed your account via an IP being geolocated to Singapore. Seems to be a proxy provided by a company that provides VPN services to circumvent region restrictions.
