It hasn't even been a month yet and somehow Crunchyroll decided to charge my 5 dollars despite claiming I get a fee sub for a month if i register my card on here.

You guys STOLE my money without my permission, I want my 5 dollars refunded asap.

Are you sure that you didn't accidentally choose one of the 14-day free trials? If I remember correctly, Crunchyroll offers both 2-week and 30-day options for free trials (depending on the link you use for the trial).

CR automatically renews the subscription. if you don't want to pay, you need to cancel subscription in advance.

I've moved this over to the Site Support / Minor Questions forum, but to request a refund you should indeed use that contact link that PurpleJaeden provided.

As others have mentioned, it is standard for the subscription to renew and payment to happen if you don't cancel during your trial period. If you really were on a month trial and this happened well within the trial period then that does sound like something went wrong, but you need to contact customer support using that contact link to resolve it.

Other possibilities are that (as also mentioned above) you actually signed up for a shorter trial (the standard trial is 14-days, so to get a month long one you would have had to use a special link), OR that you were off a bit in calculating exactly when you needed to cancel by. You might have been thinking calendar month, when it was really just a 30-day trial.

Anyway, contact support directly to get it sorted out.

Would rather just keep the sub and continue resubbing.

I just wish I would of got a more clear notification that I was resubbing.
