The risk of NK isn't WW3 or nuclear war, it's them doing something stupid and setting off a nuke on a neighbouring country. They have nukes, they don't have reliable means of delivering them. Plus, the moment they use one offensively they will be quite literally wiped off of the map by the rest of the planet. The entire country, it's infrastructure, leadership, military, etc would be reduced to rubble inside of 48 hours. No one's going to tolerate the use of a nuclear weapon.

They are the world's monkey with a hand grenade. Everyone is wary long as he's holding it, but if he throws it all bets are off and he loses what leverage he had.

North Korea has to power to kill millions with 1 missile.

IS that why most of their missile tests end up failing and the fact that their using weapons from the cold war era?

Oh and Swedish television has live streamed from north korea little military parade and reported most of the missiles they showed up/bragged about having looked to have parts falling off them.

If there end up being a war about north korea then north korea is gonna lose in a day tops considering their outdated weapons and the fact that their military is unmotivated and mostly starving due to lack of food in the country. Plus the fact that their only ally China is starting to get real tired of their shit. The big problem is what's gonna happen after the Kim dynasty gets dethroned as there's gonna be a shit ton of refugees from NK then which is something both their neighbors in the south and China doesn't want

Russia could potentially side with Korea so there is that... but maybe not a world war but a big one true.

Whatever happens, happens. Don't worry about things you have no control over, it's a waste of time and energy.

I doubt it would end in world war and cnn is fake news. North Korea's millitary is a joke compared to USA. They don't have a missile capable of reaching the mainland US

No it's not you paranoid sensationalist. The DPRK has next to no war making capability and basically everyone with a brain knows it'll be like a whole 5 minute war.

The thing is, no one cares about North Korea. They make threats every year at all different points. They're basically the country-sized equivalent of a child throwing a tantrum and launching their toys out the pram. If they did try anything on SK or any member of NATO they'd be destroyed within 48hrs or less.

NK would be crushed soon after they pull something relatively big. It wouldn't be WW3, but, instead, an extravagant death certificate for the nation's government. Whether or not Kim realizes it is another story.

Revelation 7: verses1-3 (ESV)
7 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, that no wind might blow on earth or sea or against any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, with the seal of the living God, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm earth and sea, 3 saying, “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.”

Matthew 24:36(ESV)
24:36 “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.

I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones. Albert Einstein

good thing that book is based on fiction.

What I think on the matter is that a confrontation with North Korea is inevitable at this point. I think this could happen if the west and NATO can satisfy China. China obviously don't want NATO at their doorstep. What the west and South Korea need to establish with China is a demilitarized zone in North Korea after Korea has been united back into a single nation-state. Very much like Rhineland in Germany was before WW2. This could work and we could see a united Korea, but I think carelessly toppling Kim Jong-Un is a bad idea without having all parties on board for a united Korea.
