I recently decided to rewatch Psycho Pass but, every time I look it up I get the error "application has experienced a server error." If I hit retry then the same message will pop up. When I hit cancel, everything displays on the page like normal except for the videos. If I add it to my queue, then my queue will appear empty till I remove it. This is the only show that I have noticed this happening to. Every other show I have tried to watch recently plays like normal.

It looks like the issue may be with the thumbnail for episode 31:



I would suggest using the /contact form to inform customer support about the issue.

Just the thumbnail could cause this problem? I'll send a message to customer support and see what happens.
