I love anime with tight knit siblings.
Ones I especially enjoyed were papakiki, which was about three siblings taken in by their uncle, danchigai about 5 awesome siblings, and minami-ke about 3 of the most hilarious siblings ever.

Anyone got any other suggestions?

Let´s see...

Himouto! Umaru-chan is a slice of life/comedy thing about Umaru and her brother Tahei.

Umari leads kind of a double life. At school she´s acing her classes and everyone thinks she´s a refined, classy yuong woman. At home hoomever, she lets her true self slip, spending her afternoons playing games, eating all sorts of unhealthy food, and generally lazing around. Much to the frustration of her brother Tahei, who´s working hard every day to provide for himselff and his sister.

Then there´s Osomatsu-san, which is kind of a comedy/slice of life/gag anime about the daily life of ten identical siblings and the trouble they get into on a general basis.

Do the shows have to center on the siblings? Or maybe a background thing or just no the main focus?

Anyways, these are the ones I think fits. The genres vary and the focus towards the sibling part does as well:

Castletown Dandelion
Fullmetal Alchemist
Blood+
Ao no Exorcist
Code Geass
Magi: The Labyrith of Magic and The Kingdom of Magic
Persona -Trinity Soul-
No Game No Life
Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru
Cardcaptor Sakura
Hunter x Hunter
Kyou Kara Maou

Kiss x sis, yosuga no sora, and even some of the mitsodomoe stuff really turn me away. I've seen papakiki (listen girls im your father) and it was great. I want to watch castletown dandelion but don't see anywhere to watch it legally, same for chivalry of failed knight. I'm planning to watch code geass, and magi looks like it'll be good as well, had never heard of it before. Also I feel like animes with mostly guys in them like osumatsu might not be very interesting for me

Shigeo and Ritsu from Mob Psycho 100 are really great brothers. The latter holds some animosity, but I love their personalities and how easy it is to see that they mean a lot to each other. Sure it's not an anime ABOUT them being siblings (if that's what you're looking for) but they have a great character relationship and Shigeo's forgiveness of both their faults is really heartwarming.

I haven't seen it in years, but Fruits Basket had some amazing family craziness and great dynamics between them - and of course the aforementioned Edward & Alphonse from Fullmetal Alchemist and Rin & Yukio from Blue Exorcist. Those last 2 are my very favorite anime/manga, and a lot of that is attributed to the characters themselves.

This was a cute and charming show. Until that ending.

No Game No Life is another closely bonded siblings.

In the case of Magi, though, the siblings aren't any of the main characters but they're part of the important supporting characters (who show up a lot and are connected to the MCs) just in case you start wondering where the whole sibling thing is within the first part of the series.

1. Ao No Exorcist. Twin brothers. Sure they fight a lot, but they ready to protect each other.

2. Night Head Genesis. There's no way you can't remember the main character's name. Big bro screaming his lil bro's name at every 5 minutes.

Marginal #4 has twins in the main group. Episodes 3 and 7 are specifically about them, but they're part of the main four.
