Ok let me clarify my response a bit I guess. Here's my opinion on "social justice warriors"
People like the one on the picture are absolutely incapable of putting their mind to something useful. They are a bunch of sheep who think they are standing up for something, while in fact they are just making statements that no one cares about.

They are the people that take jokes seriously, not because they don't understand the joke, but because they think it's highly offensive. These are the people that would go on a picture with a person because that person looks famous and someone else is taking a picture with him. They are the people who simply just follow other people because they can't think properly for themselves.

This is interesting. But I dont understand why people take jokes so literally. Its just dumb

I'm looking for your opinions of social justice warriors. Why do they push their views on others so hard, why do they get so mad all the time, why do they judge an entire group of people on one act by a few people and why do they act like complete mongs in public. If you identify as a social justice warrior please explain to me why you do what you do. tyty

Are you trolling? Cause this seems like one of those topics people create in order to troll.

How do you know if the lady in the picture is incapable of putting their mind to something useful? Have you ever spoken to her? Or do you just judge her because of the sign? Or because she's a woman? I mean, aren't you even worse for deciding what kind of person she is based on that one picture? How are you any better than the dreaded SJW?

They pissed me off quite a lot when the term was emerging but now it's so overused that it really holds no meaning with me anymore. Hell, I myself have been called an SJW for things like being a man with long hair or dating an agender person so that should tell you about how much credibility I give to the term these days.

I'm not sure why you would bring up the fact that she's a woman lol, that's not even close to the point here.

Let's say the person in the picture isn't standing there for laughs and giggles and really believes in what's she's trying to say with the sign.
We're talking about SJW, so we can assume she's an example of this.
People who are generally seen as SJW are, as far as I know, known for standing up for stupid shit. The things they stand up for are meaningless things which don't offend anyone, harm anyone or do injustice to anyone except for those people marching and protesting. They make it seem that they truely believe that there's people in the western society that think of women as kitchen slaves.

All they seem to be doing is being angry about mostly internet memes. Which is absolutely stupid. Anyone who is capable of thinking a little bit can see the sarcasm in what people say on the internet. The fact that they take all that stuff seriously says enough about how those people think.

I've never claimed that I am better than anyone. If I had to judge myself, I'm an egoistic asshole who doesn't really care for anyone but himself.
Other than that I'm just giving my opinion on the people who seem to be SJW. I'm not trying to attack anyone personally.

edit: guys seriously, you don't have to make a huge quote train lol

There is some need for social justice but the SJWs tend to go too far and be annoying. That girl in the first post needs to lay off the sandwhiches and maybe be a bit more active (she can start with making sandwhiches)

No one is getting triggered, this is how a discussion works

"Or because she's a woman? I mean, aren't you even worse for deciding what kind of person she is based on that one picture?" sounds like a trigger to me

Depends what you mean, Tumblr social justice or ACTUAL social justice.
I don't think its wrong to want change, and the image you have supplied is just a feminist, who is inverting a normalised sexist phrase. It seems nowadays people say "social justice warrior" in a bad way but then talk about people simply fighting for their rights. I do not see a problem.
